I founded this guild in order to establish a world in which everyone could get along.
Where I could make all happy and safe.
Unfortunately things haven't turned out that way, due to simple errors in the handling of events.
So in light of recent loss, I will now edit terms to be in concordance with general morality and understanding :

Respect - To refrain from intruding on someone's values or honor.

This universal respect doesn't fall under the "Respect is earned, not given" law, this is a universal respect, and every Hellion should be respected in this manner.

Tact - the ability of making a point without making an enemy.

We will have disagreements, no doubt, but if we employ tack and respect, we can easily and swiftly resolve issues and stay a unique and tightly laced brethren.

No Hellion Left Behind - There are no stupid questions. If you have the ability to answer someone, please do, and please if they do not wish to gather the information from a website, and you happen to have a moment or two to spare, just explain it in full.

No Luxon Left Alive - This will be our newly adopted foreign policy, created as a joke, but also to encourage more faction on the alliance board. I will never -require- people to farm faction, however I will -suggest- it at times.

The Brimstone Rule - The Great Assromper created all Hellions equally. Once you become a Hellion, you are equal with your brethren, so if your brother or sister asks you to not do something, or to stop saying something, or even just to quit talking about a subject period. You will:

1) STOP
2) APOLOGIZE
3) DROP THE MATTER AND DO NOT REVISIT IT and I cannot express this enough, but if you witness such an event occur, DO NOT ENGAGE IN THE CONVERSATION IN THEIR PLACE! Once a matter is dropped, it needs to stay dropped by all parties, the talkers, the talkees and the LISTENERS as well.

The inalienable Hellion Rights - Life, Justice, safety and the pursuit of happiness.

Freedom of Speech - You are free to speak openly, but please respect all members AND POTENTIAL LISTENERS while doing so!

Equal Rights WITH Equal Consequences - If someone is offended by something and asks the person to stop and apologize, please do so with respect to your Hellion brethren, however DO NOT allow ONE person to do something others cannot. There's no really good way to explain this without a description.

If a black man calls a black man a derogatory term and doesn't get offended, he should equally accept if a white man calls him the same term.
OR.
If one Hellion gets offended by a word used by a certain group, but is completely cool with it used by members of their own.

Equality means equality, if you are offendable, even if The Lord Assromper himself spoke it to you in a dream, you should still get offended, just as easily as if a bum on the street said it.

Guild Swaps within the Alliance - Although we wish to avoid this happening, if a person's or Guild's attitude is hindering your play performance, you may swap Guilds if these certain conditions are met:

1) You must first have a valid reason to wish to swap Guilds, understandable to all.
2) You must notify your current Guild Leader and have permission to leave.
3) You must notify the Leader of the Guild you wish to join and gain his/her permission.
4) You must end all conflicts concerning the swap silently and hastily and avoid involving any non-participants in the drama.

These are a few rules I feel we can all agree with and will be added to our code of conduct as our own special code. Though long, I feel the fully explain the mission of the guilds who make up the alliance we have become.
