First the Mesmer hits a target with Fevered Dreams preferably close to other foes. He/She can also use Fragility for some damage, then the Ranger hits him with Melandru's Arrows to cause bleeding, the Necromancer casts Virulence and then all foes have bleeding, weakness, poison and disease. The Mesmer and the Necromancer can use Epidemic as they see fit and the Necromancer can spam Virulence because it only has a 10 seconds recast time.

The 2 W/N are the main damage dealers and they can use Victory Is Mine for a huge heal and energy boost with all the conditions foes will have.

Monk 1 is a normal Fi Boon Healer Monk. People were arguing with me why it is necessary for a Monk to have Infuse Health. It is one of the only ways to counter a spike. It give a huge heal very fast, and the only thing it requires is a fast Monk to see the spike.

The last Monk is a Protection Monk with condition removal and sending, pretty self explanitory.

The Elementalist is just to keep the foes close together so that conditions spread. He/She can also spam Water Trident for some quick damage and knockdown.

It can also be ran if the Mesmer or the Necromancer can inflict a condition and still cast the spell so it would take out the Ranger and leave another spot open for another damage dealer or Monk.

Scavenger's Strike is the only skill I found that does more damage depending on conditions. However it is a Beast Mastery skill so it requires a Beast Master.

I also recommend that all players have their own PvP avatar. I love PvE characters, but you can get the best gear using a PvP character so we will have maximum efficiency. I'm sure you will know how to make this build work for the best.
